“Being agile in a changing company in a changing world”
Talk Outline
Everything in the world is constantly changing. The only thing that doesn’t change is the fact that there is always change.
And yet it’s common for humans to struggle with it. The rational mind likes things to be predictable. It likes to protect and control. It wants security and certainty. But certainty is of course an illusion, the wanting of which leaves us experiencing unnecessary turmoil – in the form of frustration, resistance and worry.
This webinar teaches about the mind helping you develop your own approach to change.
You’ll learn to:
Quieten your rational mind when it is obstructive
Have greater acceptance for the change that you can’t affect
Identify and challenge your unhelpful fixed thinking
Understand your natural ability to adapt and thrive in any circumstances
Access your inner wisdom to make good decisions
Be a strong authentic leader
This webinar is useful at any time. But it’s particularly relevant due to changes occurring in the face of the pandemic.
General Talk Notes
The common thread to all our webinars is as follows:
The content and approach can be tailored to suit your need
The topic can be formatted as a speech, webinar or workshop. Speeches run for 30 - 90 mins. Workshops are typically 90 mins - 3 hours. All sessions can be virtual or in-person
We take a different approach by exploring the mind experientially. Our aim is to fundamentally challenge and transform the way the audience think
We work hard to make webinars and workshops engaging and interactive
We usually poll the audience prior or during sessions
For all talks, we can provide a short 2-min video to position the event
We often also provide access to our free online Quality of Mind indicator. This provides completers with a 30-page personalised insightful report. It also provides us data for our talk
We have the option of providing a one-page visual artwork capturing all the key points of the talk. There's a small additional fee for this
Pricing varies according to the length of the session and the amount of pre-work required
For organisations doing social or environmental good in the world, we discount heavily.
