“Keep calm & clear-thinking
during crises”

Talk Outline

These are unprecedented moments in human history. And in these times, the mind has a propensity to create significant unhelpful noise.

This mental noise leads to many problems:

  1. Struggling with the uncertainty

  2. Worrying about the future

  3. Feeling fear and stress causing psychological & physical suffering

  4. Reduced ability to function well

And what we all need more than ever before is… a way to find peace of mind and clarity.

This webinar will provide participants insights to deal with all of the above. We will lead this session by teaching about the mind. Participants will gain powerful insights that shift how they’re thinking about the current situation, to enable them to live and work with greater calmness and clarity. The webinar will be fascinating and highly experiential.

General Talk Notes

The common thread to all our webinars is as follows:

  • The content and approach can be tailored to suit your need

  • The topic can be formatted as a speech, webinar or workshop. Speeches run for 30 - 90 mins. Workshops are typically 90 mins - 3 hours. All sessions can be virtual or in-person

  • We take a different approach by exploring the mind experientially. Our aim is to fundamentally challenge and transform the way the audience think

  • We work hard to make webinars and workshops engaging and interactive

  • We usually poll the audience prior or during sessions

  • For all talks, we can provide a short 2-min video to position the event

  • We often also provide access to our free online Quality of Mind indicator. This provides completers with a 30-page personalised insightful report. It also provides us data for our talk

  • We have the option of providing a one-page visual artwork capturing all the key points of the talk. There's a small additional fee for this

  • Pricing varies according to the length of the session and the amount of pre-work required

  • For organisations doing social or environmental good in the world, we discount heavily.
