"The rational mind is the faithful servant. The intuitive mind is the sacred gift.
The problem in our society is we worship the servant and we've forgotten the gift."
So how much time do you spend in the intuitive mind, the gift?
This is the part of the mind that is - open-minded, curious, intuitive, instinctive, creative, bold, inspired and inspiring, the part that has insights and generates break-through ideas. This is also the part that is not restricted by the conditioning you've picked up in childhood, from your organisation, or from society. It's the mind that is free and accesses wisdom.
Let's be clear - the rational is not bad; it's just that it's typically over-used!
I invite you to notice moment-by-moment where you are coming from in your thinking - the rational or the intuitive?
Personally and with clients, I'm very focused on tuning into the intuitive mind. It's where the gold is; it's where my ideas come from; it's how I find answers to big questions; it's where living and leading boldly arises from.
