Speak your mind.

Now more than ever, it’s essential to speak your mind.

Speak your mind in your life, in your workplace, in your country, in the world.

It’s essential to stand up for yourself, for the under-represented, for children, for the vulnerable, for nature, for our eco-system, for future generations.

It’s essential to stand for truth, your truth, and the right to choose for yourself.

It’s essential to look after yourself, each other, and to come from love kindness and responsibility in our words, our choices, and our actions.

Ego is still driving too many unhelpful ways of being - such as greed, selfishness, short-termism, deceit.

But these days are numbered… if we each keep being the change we wish to see in the world.
